Thank you, everyone who has donated. :)
OpenKore is written by volunteers in their free time. But sometimes, these volunteers need money. For example, to fund RO subscriptions, software licenses, etc.
So I, VCL (the OpenKore project leader as well as the VisualKore developer), decided to launch the Fund Pool program to support these volunteers, and to support the botting community as a whole. The Fund Pool program's goal is to support contributors who need money in order to contribute to OpenKore. The fund pool contains real money.
Where does the money from the fund pool come from?
The money can come from multiple sources:
- I will personally contribute an amount of money to the fund pool each month, if necessary. This money comes from VisualKore sales. See the rules for more information.
- Donations to OpenKore go directly into the fund pool.
How can I donate?
If you donate, Misaki Itoh
will smile at you.
Please click on the following button. Thank you. :)
How can I request funds?
Please post a request at Developers Corner, and state:
- For what purpose you need funds.
- How much funds you need.
Developers and moderators can approve or disapprove the request by replying to the topic. Because the forum is public, your request is visible to the public.
Note that funds can only be transferred through Paypal.
How can easily I watch this page for new activities?
Click on the "Watch" link on the bottom of this page. An email will be sent to you every time this page changes.
What are the rules?
- The fund pool will be refilled every month, on the 1st day of the month: if the fund pool is less than $50 US dollars, then I, VCL, will refill it to $50 US dollars.
- Everybody may contribute to the fund pool, through donations.
- Anybody, including developers who are not officially registered on the SourceForge list, may request funds from the fund pool. The requester must also explain why he needs money.
- Fund pool requests are shown to the public, through this page.
- Registered developers and moderators may veto (deny) a request. If there is no veto within 7 days, then the request is granted.
